Dopo aver confermato che anche in caso di ritardo del volo si sarebbe atteso l arrivo dei passeggeri per il proprio noleggio, avendo correttamente inserito il numero del volo, ANCHE IN CASO DI RITARDO.. ovviamente non c era nessuno oltre orario, pertanto soldi buttati, disagi andata e ritorno all aeroporto.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Budget at Brindisi Airport, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, hassle-free rental process.

The staff were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, making sure I had the perfect vehicle for my needs. The car itself was in pristine condition—clean, well-maintained, and a pleasure to drive. The pick-up and drop-off process was seamless, with no hidden fees or complications.

What truly stood out was their outstanding customer service. The team was attentive, quick to respond to any queries, and genuinely committed to providing the best experience possible. Their efficiency and dedication made my trip stress-free and enjoyable.

In particular, I have to spare a few words for two people working at the Budget desk.
One is ANGELA who managed to update my car booking date as I missed my flight the day before. Because I booked my car with an online prepaid transaction on Budget website, I was meant to have my booking cancelled as no show on the day of booking, but Angela made a great effort in resolving this issue allowing me to keep the booking with just an extra fee of euro 13. This was really good because otherwise I would have repaid for a new booking. Amazing!!!

Another person who helped me a lot was FRANCESCA. When I arrived with my new flight (the day after) my booked car was already taken and the only car available that evening for me was an automatic MG (also of a higher group of what I originally booked). I appreciated the free upgrade of the car but I had no idea how to drive an automatic. Francesca then walked me to the car and explained to me how to use the automatic gearbox. She was clear and took all the time I needed to be able to memorise the gearbox functions. Actually, I must say that it is easier than a manual car. I enjoyed driving very much. Francesca also allowed me to record on my phone her instructions in case I forgot them. I appreciated her help. She also suggested that I come back to the airport the day after if I didn't find comfortable driving that car and replace it with a manual gearbox car. Obviously the car was perfect as well as the driving. Again, another bonus here from the Budget team. Amazing!!!

I highly recommend Budget - particularly the Brindisi Airport team members - to anyone looking for a reliable and top-notch car rental service. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I was told to receive a Renault Capture (Cat. D) and I received a Kia Stonic instead. The agent said it was the same category, however the car is smaller, way cheaper and below all Renault Capture specifications from both inside and outside. Also, the gearbox was scotch taped, the USB port was damaged and not working while you expect charging your phone when driving long distance on holidays. And the car was dirty overall. After few kilometers we started hearing a troubling noise from the bottom of the car at high speed. I really recommend you stay away from this rental company in Brindisi. Finally, my comments are just in line with their overall rating.
